Sherita has proudly called Virginia home for over 30 years and is passionate about serving others. With more than two decades of experience in customer service, her background spans from supporting patients in medical and clinical research settings to handling damage claims for rental vehicles.
In October 2019, she earned her Life, Health, and Annuities Insurance License. Since then, she has worked with a supplemental insurance provider, where she assisted clients with filing claims, resolving billing issues, and exploring additional coverage options. Beyond her client-focused work, Sherita also plays a key role in team support and customer outreach.
As the youngest of six siblings, she values family deeply and cherishes time spent with loved ones.
